Group Image Sessions and Workshops
If you prefer a workshop- style session, we offer these for companies, but also for private groups, like groups of friends. A mini-image workshop is a great idea for a birthday party, bridal shower/bachelor party, or ladies night with a difference! A Minimum of 6 people required. Prices vary according to number of delegates, duration of the workshop, as well as location.
Corporate image workshops can be arranged for any number of delegates. Workshops can be homogenous (men and women separately), or mixed, which often creates an interesting dynamic. For half day and full day workshops, delegates are encouraged to bring along some wardrobe items they feel unsure of (e.g. whether the pieces suit them or not).
*Content of image workshops can be tailored to suit your needs and all group sessions include individual colour, style, body and face shape analyses.

Estilo Emotional Intelligence Workshop: How to Successfully Manage your Emotional Triggers
Emotional Intelligence (EI) is the ability to understand and manage your own emotions and those of others and to choose appropriate responses in order to achieve positive outcomes.
A balanced EI is vital in the business and personal environment, as it impacts all relationships positively, including leadership styles, team work and the overall moods, attitudes and communication styles of every individual. Given the importance of IE, numerous books and workshops have been written on the subject and companies are literally spoilt for choice when it comes to selecting an EQ program to suit their unique needs.
What makes Estilo’s EQ workshop and one-on-one coaching sessions unique, is its focus on empowering the individual(s) attending the workshop to accept responsibility for their own lives and circumstances. They are taught how to stop blaming others (colleagues, clients, bosses, partners, etc) for their problems or unhappiness.
Delegates are taught how to understand and manage the ‘triggers’ (people or situations that ‘push their buttons’) effectively by:
- understanding the messages from their emotions
- understanding how to deal with a negative emotion, while remaining professional
- how to change their outcomes by changing their response to emotional triggers
- how to communicate assertively, as opposed to aggressively/passively
- how to change their outcomes by getting in touch with and transforming limiting, negative beliefs about themselves and their lives
