Receptionists, sales consultants, office staff all levels: lower, middle and upper management.

ESTILO Image and Self- Empowerment courses (individuals and groups).
Emotional Intelligence, one- on –one training using the BarOn EQ-i.
ESTILO EQ workshops (groups)
While working at Image Excellence (3 years) she helped develop and also trained a variety of communication -skills related courses (individuals and groups) including conflict management, listening skills, assertiveness, time management, self- esteem building, stress management, EQ, image, negotiation skills.
Gidani: Powerball (a Lotto game) training in stores all over Gauteng.

1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours, half-day, full day, 2 days, 3 days
Some contracts are once-off sessions and others are spread out over weeks/months.

One-on –one
Groups: on average about 15 people in workshops
Largest groups: 60-80, for talks of between 1-3 hours
